Sam Beebe earned a mathematics degree from Colorado College in 1999. He has worked as a distiller for Clear Creek Distillery and webmaster for two Oregon governors. Beebe created SkateOregon, an online resource for Oregon public concrete parks and is an invited artist of PDX Contemporary Art. In 2002, Sam joined Ecotrust as Salmon Nation Guerrilla Marketer and now, as Communications Associate, he works to tell the story of Ecotrust. Sam lives in Portland, Oregon.
Jennie Kalberer is the founder and owner of Salt Room Studios, LLC. She consults with start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses to raise funds, increase sales revenue, strategize growth opportunities, and streamline business practices. She specializes in working with “non-business” types to create and run businesses that are smart, profitable, and sustainable to all stakeholders.
Jennie is the Program Manager for the Six Week Sprint, an incubator program through Portland Ten. She is the founder and CEO of Clean Like You Mean It, a natural cleaning products company, and Junior BizBrains, an entrepreneurial learning tool for kids.
She is an entrepreneur, an artist, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Portland. She serves on the board of Oregon College of Art and Craft, where she graduated with a BFA in sculpture and drawing.
